THE AD FELLOWSHIP

Launch your career in finance.

The AD Fellowship is a free, extracurricular program alongside students’ fall and spring classes of sophomore year, prepping them to interview for rising senior internships.

This fellowship is rooted in training, professional development, mentorship and cohort support to help you explore and break into the world of finance.

Education

Master the technical skills necessary to succeed in interviews and on the job. Through our partnership with Financeable, you’ll become strong in Excel, accounting, financial statement modeling, valuation, LBO and more.

What actually is finance or investment banking? You’ll be able to wrap your arms around it through interactive panels and group assignments designed to help you really understand what a career in finance actually is.

Networking

Networking is no one’s favorite skill. We provide workshops and coaching on how to effectively network and build authentic professional relationships.

Who will I be networking with? You’ll get exclusive access to current finance professionals across Wall Street, both at the junior- and senior-levels, with plenty of opportunities to get to know them and start to build out your network.

Real Experience

How can I get experience without … experience? We know, It’s the classic chicken-and-the-egg problem.

Get your hands dirty and build your resume at the same time. As a fellow, you will complete case studies and work on projects with real clients that mimic the true investment banking experience.

Prepare to succeed in interviews. We provide extensive resume review, interview prep and recruiting strategy support.

Peer Community

Build friendships with like-minded, ambitious fellows. You will get to know your cohort of fellows quite well over the course of the year, supplementing your university network with connections to people across the country.

Support not only today, but for the rest of your life. Your peer fellows will be there to support you throughout the fellowship and once you’re an Access Distributed alumni, you will be part of the Access Distributed network forever.
